兔子轉(zhuǎn)化生長(zhǎng)因子β1(TGF-β1)ELISA試劑盒原理的簡(jiǎn)要說明書：TGFβ1 是一種氨基酸數(shù)目為112個(gè)，分子量25KDa的二聚體蛋白質(zhì)。在各種屬間高度保守，例如人和大鼠、小鼠有*相同的氨基酸序列。幾乎所有細(xì)胞都有TGFβ1的受體，其對(duì)細(xì)胞的生長(zhǎng)、分化的影響是非常廣泛的。總之，間質(zhì)來源細(xì)胞受TGFβ1的刺激，而肝細(xì)胞、T、B淋巴細(xì)胞、角化上皮和很多內(nèi)皮細(xì)胞受TGFβ1的抑制作用。
