DCS系統(tǒng)安裝的外部條件

1、 控制室和操作室應(yīng)具備使用條件：

在安裝前，控制室和操作室的土建、安裝、電氣、裝修工程全部完工，室內(nèi)裝飾符合設(shè)計要求，空調(diào)機啟用，并配有吸塵器；

其環(huán)境溫度、濕度、照明度及空氣的凈化程度符合DCS系統(tǒng)運行條件才可開箱安裝。

2、 對安裝人員的要求：

安裝人員保持清潔，到控制室或操作室工作換上干凈的拖鞋，已防灰塵進入DCS系統(tǒng)裝置內(nèi)；

要盡量避免靜電感應(yīng)對系統(tǒng)元器件的影響，調(diào)試時，不穿化纖等容易產(chǎn)生靜電的織物。

機、柜、盤運輸與安裝

• 機、柜、盤要求整體運輸?shù)娇刂剖?，安裝前拆箱。

• DCS系統(tǒng)硬件包裝箱在運輸、開箱、搬運時小心，防止傾倒和產(chǎn)生強烈振動，以免造成意外損失。

• 開箱時要有設(shè)備供應(yīng)部門人員和接、保、檢部門人員在場共同檢查外觀質(zhì)量、設(shè)備內(nèi)部卡件接線的缺陷、系統(tǒng)隨機帶來的文件、資料等，并做好記錄，簽字確認。

• DCS系統(tǒng)控制室通常有500mm左右的防靜電、防潮地板，因此要考慮好底座高度，并保證其穩(wěn)定性和強度。

2. Requirements for installation personnel:

The installation personnel must maintain cleanliness, and when working in the control room or operation room, they must wear clean specialized slippers to prevent dust from entering the DCS system device;

Avoid the impact of Electrostatic induction on system components as much as possible. During debugging, do not wear chemical fibers and other fabrics that are prone to static electricity.

Transportation and installation of machines, cabinets, and panels

The machine, cabinet, and panel are required to be transported as a whole to the control room and unpacked before installation.

The DCS system hardware packaging box must be carefully transported, unpacked, and handled to prevent tipping and strong vibration, in order to avoid accidental losses.

When opening the box, personnel from the equipment supply department, as well as personnel from the reception, maintenance, and inspection departments, should be present to jointly inspect the appearance quality, defects in the internal card wiring of the equipment, documents and materials randomly brought by the system, and make records and sign for confirmation.

The DCS system control room usually has an anti-static and moisture-proof floor of about 500mm, so it is necessary to consider the height of the base and ensure its stability and strength.
