晟邦減速電機(jī)部分零件及規(guī)范說明：

A）減速機(jī)齒輪經(jīng)SKIVING精密滾齒加工，齒輪精度等級(jí)為1-2級(jí)。

齒軸材質(zhì)為SCM21，調(diào)質(zhì)至HRC21°再經(jīng)滲碳處理至HRC58°~ 61°

B）馬達(dá)軸承皆采用瑞典SKF精密軸承，以確保*運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)壽命。

C）馬達(dá)軸側(cè)以耐高溫VITON油封為主，可確保防止?jié)櫥突芈R達(dá)內(nèi)部。

D）三相馬達(dá)采標(biāo)準(zhǔn)全密閉型鋁殼馬達(dá)配IP-55鋁制接線盒，具較佳防水性及防塵性，易散熱及運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)效率高。

E）馬達(dá)后蓋采用防水型，於軸心處加置油封，可防止灰塵及外部水氣流入馬達(dá)。

F）馬達(dá)以全壓?jiǎn)?dòng)方式定格為連續(xù)運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)，馬達(dá)線圈絕緣等級(jí)為F級(jí)（馬達(dá)zui高等級(jí)）；依據(jù)/國(guó)家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)可制作世界各個(gè)國(guó)家使用的電壓。
