SMC壓力傳感器進(jìn)行位移測量的原理是基于傳感器平面與被測金屬表面之間間隙的變化會引起渦流密度的變化,從而導(dǎo)致傳感器線圈的電感、阻抗或品質(zhì)因數(shù)的變化。變間隙型電渦流傳感器結(jié)構(gòu)很簡單,主要是由一個固定在框架上的扁平圓線圈組成。線圈是用多股漆包線或銀線繞制而成,一般放在傳感器的端部,線圈可繞在框架的槽內(nèi),也可以用粘結(jié)形(貼應(yīng)變片用的即可)粘結(jié)在端部,結(jié)構(gòu)型式見下圖。變間隙型傳感器常采用一個線圈的單繞組式進(jìn)行測量,也可以采用雙線組式傳感器。SMC壓力傳感器在用雙線組式傳感器時,信號發(fā)生器的信號供給主動繞組,測量線圈可以接到諧振回路中。并與主動繞組成感應(yīng)耦合,由于使雙繞組傳感器的輸入阻抗與輸出線的參數(shù)相匹配,所以它可以放在離測量電路達(dá)100m處,而靈敏度并不下降。此外,由于在線路見選擇了耦合系數(shù),因此傳感器可得到等于測量線圈半徑0.8倍的線性段。測量線圈采用差動線路,可提高靈敏度及穩(wěn)定性,并改善線性度。
在了解壓阻式力傳感器時,我們首先認(rèn)識一下電阻應(yīng)變片這種元件。電阻應(yīng)變片是一種將被測件上的應(yīng)變變化轉(zhuǎn)換成為一種電信號的敏感器件。它是壓阻式應(yīng)變傳感器的主要組成部分之一。電阻應(yīng)變片應(yīng)用zui多的是金屬電阻應(yīng)變片和半導(dǎo)體應(yīng)變片兩種。
