【原理介紹】cAMP(*)。*是細(xì)胞內(nèi)的重要調(diào)節(jié)物質(zhì)，是*作為配基與*(cAMP)結(jié)合在一起，通過(guò)增強(qiáng)cAMP的脂溶性，提高了cAMP的純度，小鼠磷酸腺苷(cAMP)檢測(cè)試劑盒易于透過(guò)細(xì)胞膜，使cAMP的藥理作用得到zui大限度的發(fā)揮。cAMP以微量廣泛存在于動(dòng)植物細(xì)胞及微生物中，是代謝調(diào)節(jié)控制的重要因子之一。在生物體內(nèi)由腺苷三磷酸通過(guò)腺苷酸環(huán)化酶的催化而形成。

ELISA測(cè)定按其表示測(cè)定結(jié)果的方式分為定性和定量測(cè)定兩大類(lèi)。定性測(cè)定只是對(duì)標(biāo)本中是否含有待測(cè)抗原或抗體作出“有”或“無(wú)”的結(jié)論，分別用“陽(yáng)性”和“陰性”來(lái)表示。
可見(jiàn)定性測(cè)定通常是用于傳染性病原體的抗原或抗體的測(cè)定，以判斷特定病原體感染的存在與否。而定量測(cè)定則是對(duì)標(biāo)本中待測(cè)抗原的多少進(jìn)行量值測(cè)定，以具體數(shù)值表示。定量測(cè)定基本上是用于非病原體抗原物質(zhì)的測(cè)定，如激素、細(xì)胞因子、腫瘤標(biāo)志物、小分子藥物等。目前國(guó)內(nèi)應(yīng)用的小鼠磷酸腺苷(cAMP)檢測(cè)試劑盒部分是用于傳染性病原體的抗原或抗體的定性測(cè)定，也有少部分用于FP，hCG、細(xì)胞因子等的定量測(cè)定。ELISA定性測(cè)定的“陰性”和“陽(yáng)性”的判定依據(jù)是試劑盒所確定的陽(yáng)性判定值(cut-off)。定量測(cè)定的“量值”依據(jù)是試劑盒中所帶標(biāo)準(zhǔn)品同時(shí)測(cè)定得出的劑量反應(yīng)曲線(又稱(chēng)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)曲線)。
