一、適用范圍及功能

主要適用于固體絕緣材料（如：塑料、橡膠、薄膜、樹脂、云母、陶瓷、玻璃、絕緣漆等介質）在工頻電壓或直流電壓下?lián)舸姸群湍碗妷旱臏y試。

本儀器由電腦控制，通過我公司自主研發(fā)的全新智能數(shù)字集成電路系統(tǒng)與軟件控制系統(tǒng)兩部分來完成，使升壓速率真正做到勻速、準確，并能夠準確測出漏電電流的數(shù)據(jù)。可實時繪制試驗曲線，顯示試驗數(shù)據(jù)，判斷準確，并可保存，分析，打印試驗數(shù)據(jù)。

試驗在試驗箱中進行，試驗箱門打開時電源加不到高壓變壓器輸入端，即高壓側無電壓。100KV測試設備高壓電極距離試驗箱壁的zui近距離大于370mm，50KV測試設備高壓電極距離試驗箱壁的zui近距離大于250mm，試驗時即使人接觸箱壁也不會有危險。 設備要安裝單獨的保護地線。接保護地線，主要是減少試樣擊穿時對周圍產生的較強的電磁干擾。也可避免控制計算機失控。 該試驗設備的電路設有多項保護措施，主要有：過流保護、失壓保護、漏電保護、短路保護、直流試驗放電報警等。直流試驗放電報警功能:在設備做完直流試驗時,當開啟試驗門時設備會自動報警,直至使用設備上的放電裝置放電后報警會自動取消.（注：因為直流試驗后不放電會危險到人身安全,不能直接拿取電極,起到提醒使用人員放電以免造成人身傷害）。 試驗放電裝置，隨主機為一體化，改進了以往單獨配備一根放電桿的功能。 六級高壓安全斷電控制：①總電源開關②高壓斷電開關（鑰匙開關）③調壓器復位開關④試驗箱門安全開關⑤高壓變壓器輸入側限流空開⑥漏電保護開關
