Scope of application
適用于II類、B級、C級T6組以下級別組別的含有危險(xiǎn)性氣體混合物的場所中，在交流50Hz、額定電壓380V、額定電流至1000A以下電路，作為連接各種電氣設(shè)備接線、分線使用。

BJX51不銹鋼防爆接線箱工作條件：
Working conditions:
a\海拔不超過2000m；
A\ elevation not exceeding 2000m;
b\周圍空氣溫度不高于+60℃，不低于-40℃；
B\ ambient air temperature is not higher than +60 ℃, not lower than -40 ℃;
c\空氣相對濕度不大于90%（+20℃時(shí)）；
C\ air relative humidity of not more than 90% （+20 ℃）;
d\垂直安裝傾斜度不大于5°；
D\ vertical installation inclination of not more than 5 °;
e\無明顯搖動和強(qiáng)烈沖擊振動的地方；
E\ had no obvious shaking and strong shock and vibration;

BJX51不銹鋼防爆接線箱結(jié)構(gòu)與特點(diǎn)
Structure and features
a．接線箱按照GB3836.1~3-2000標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求設(shè)計(jì)制造，并經(jīng)檢驗(yàn)機(jī)關(guān)檢驗(yàn)合格，頒發(fā)合格證；

b．接線箱可采用高強(qiáng)腐不銹鋼板焊接而成，或經(jīng)濟(jì)型的鋼板焊接而成，進(jìn)出線口方向、數(shù)量、端子數(shù)及公稱直徑可根據(jù)用戶要求任意變化，鋼管布線和電纜布線均可，電纜布線須配備電纜夾緊密封接頭。

3、安裝與維修
3, installation and repair
3．1安裝前應(yīng)檢查銘牌上的技術(shù)數(shù)據(jù)是否與實(shí)際使用情況相符；
3.1 before installation should check the nameplate on the technical data is consistent with the actual;
3．2檢查所有緊固件是否有松動現(xiàn)象，如有松動應(yīng)加以緊固；
3.2 check all fasteners are loose, if loose should be tightened;
3．3接線箱的內(nèi)外接地必須良好可靠；
3.3 junction box and grounding must be good and reliable;
3．4安裝時(shí)需將電纜穿過密封圈、金屬墊圈、用壓緊螺母壓緊，保證密封及電纜不得松動，不使用的接線口應(yīng)用密封圈和金屬墊片加以封堵；
3.4 installation requires a sealing ring, metal gasket, with a compression nut pressing cable passes through, to ensure the sealing and cable shall not be loose, the connection is not used by application of the sealing ring and the metal gasket to seal;
3．5維修檢查時(shí)必須先斷開電源后方可開蓋；
3.5 repair checking must first disconnect the power supply before opening the cover;
