產(chǎn)品特性：
1 1E級是指完成反應堆緊急停堆，安全殼隔離，堆芯應急冷卻，反應堆余熱導出，反應堆安全殼的熱導出，防止放射性物質向周圍環(huán)境排放等功能的電氣系統(tǒng)設備的安全級。
2 K3類電纜是指在安全殼外，在正常情況及地震荷載下能執(zhí)行其規(guī)定功能的電纜。
3該電纜設計結構為低煙無鹵阻燃型電纜，火災發(fā)生時，煙濃度低，有害氣體釋放量小，對保護電器設備，人員安全轉移以及爭取救火時間起到積極作用。
產(chǎn)品使用特性：
- 額定電壓是電纜設計和運行的基準電壓、用U0/U表示、單位為V
核級儀表電纜300/500V
2.電纜導體的長期允許工作溫度為90℃
3.短路時(最長持續(xù)時間不超過4s),電纜導體的溫度不超辺250℃。
4.電纜使用壽命設計為不低于50年。
5.電纜的敷設溫度應不低于0℃ ,低于0℃時電纜應進行預熱。
6.電纜的使用環(huán)境溫度：
反應堆廠房外 (-10 ~ +55) ℃
大氣壓力為 (0.096 ~ 0.106) MPa
相對濕度為99%。
7.電纜的允許彎曲半徑應不小于電纜外徑的8倍。

產(chǎn)品結構示意圖
主要技術指標
1.成品電纜絕緣線芯之間應承受工頻交流電壓2500V 2分鐘不擊穿。絕緣線芯與屏蔽之間應經(jīng)受工頻交流電壓1000V 5分鐘不擊穿。取自成品電纜的絕緣線芯(不少于5米)，浸入室溫水中1小時后，在導體和水之間應經(jīng)受5分鐘工頻電壓1500V試驗不擊穿。
2.額定溫度下絕緣電阻常數(shù)
按照GB／T3048. 6的要求，在90℃時，通電5分鐘后，測量絕緣線芯的絕緣電阻常數(shù)應不小于3M??km。
3.工作電容(線間電容)
絞對的或相鄰芯間的工作電容在頻率為1kHz時電纜的電容應符合規(guī)定。
