空氣泡沫槍是一種能產(chǎn)生和噴射空氣泡沫，用以撲救中型油類火災(zāi)的比較輕便的消防器材。

空氣泡沫槍由噴嘴、啟閉柄、手輪，槍筒、吸液管、密封圈、吸液管接頭、槍體、管牙接口等組成。噴嘴是用以控制流量和產(chǎn)生負(fù)壓，啟閉柄是空氣泡沫槍液流開關(guān)和吸液開關(guān)，手輪用來控制泡沫槍噴射方向，槍筒用以調(diào)節(jié)空氣泡沫膨化的動(dòng)態(tài)平衡，吸液管用以吸取泡沫液，密封圈用以密封，吸液管接頭用以的吸液管連接，槍體是空氣泡沫槍的支座，管牙接口用以與消防水帶連接。

二、    工作原理

空氣泡沫槍進(jìn)水口端與消防水帶連接，吸液管接口與吸液連接，吸液管另一端插入泡沫液桶內(nèi)，當(dāng)水流以0.7MPa壓力通過水帶進(jìn)入槍內(nèi)，經(jīng)噴嘴噴出時(shí)，槍體內(nèi)在水流的作用下形成負(fù)壓，此時(shí)泡沫液通過吸液管吸入槍體內(nèi)與水混合，當(dāng)混合液由噴嘴射出時(shí)，由于射速再次形成負(fù)壓，吸入大量空氣與混合液混合，當(dāng)經(jīng)過槍筒使空氣泡沫混合膨化，空氣泡沫達(dá)到平衡后由槍筒噴出。

三、    用戶須知

user guidelines

1、          空氣泡沫槍應(yīng)配用3%-6%的泡沫液

2、          噴射時(shí)，應(yīng)使泡沫向順風(fēng)方向噴射，避免測風(fēng)和逆風(fēng)噴射

3、          在不采用吸液管吸取泡沫時(shí)，消防水泵上需配備泡沫比例混合器，以便按規(guī)定比例輸送泡沫混合液

4、          空氣泡沫槍的工作壓力是指泡沫槍進(jìn)水口端的水流壓力

5、          空氣泡沫槍必須經(jīng)常檢查并保持槍體、手輪、槍筒、噴嘴、管牙接口、密封件的完整好用

6、          盡量避免磕碰摔打，以免損壞或影響使用，造成不必要的損失

7、          使用完畢，要將各部位清洗干凈，置于陰涼干燥的地方妥善保管

8、          平時(shí)不得與酸堿等化學(xué)物質(zhì)混放，遠(yuǎn)離熱源，以防各橡膠部件和高壓聚乙稀件老化變形

9、          運(yùn)輸?shù)馁A存中均應(yīng)避免重壓、撞擊、雨淋、曝曬和接觸腐蝕性化學(xué)物質(zhì)

10、       產(chǎn)品保質(zhì)期1年，因安裝或使用不當(dāng)?shù)纫鸷唾|(zhì)量問題或經(jīng)濟(jì)損失，不屬于本公司責(zé)任范圍
