LGB22.330A27 LGB21.130A27 LGB21.130A27西門子控制器,引風(fēng)機的喘振是由于其靜葉進出口差壓過大而發(fā)生。其靜葉進出口差壓又受其管道阻力影響,相同的引風(fēng)機的靜葉開度管道阻力大時更容易發(fā)生喘振,試分析之。
引風(fēng)機的靜葉開度一定時產(chǎn)生相應(yīng)的風(fēng)壓和流量,當(dāng)風(fēng)機產(chǎn)生的壓力和流量大于或等于風(fēng)煙管道的阻力時,風(fēng)機便能穩(wěn)定工作不會發(fā)生喘振。而風(fēng)煙管道的阻力增大時,風(fēng)機出口壓力流量克服不了管道系統(tǒng)阻力而發(fā)生倒流。煙氣倒流使管道阻力降低到風(fēng)機出口壓力時,煙氣又順流出去。煙氣如此來回流動稱喘振。因此,風(fēng)煙管道阻力大時引風(fēng)機會因出力不夠時更易發(fā)生喘振。
