【預(yù)期用途】
尼古丁(Nicotine)是煙草中的主要生物堿,是導(dǎo)致吸煙成癮的物質(zhì)動(dòng)因,也是評(píng)價(jià)人體攝入煙草煙霧的常用指標(biāo)。但因?yàn)槟峁哦“胨テ诙?,無法作為標(biāo)志物檢測,其代謝物可替寧因?yàn)榘胨テ陂L作為吸煙和戒煙的標(biāo)志物。
本品采用競爭抑制法和膠體金免疫層析技術(shù),用于快速定性檢測人體唾液中的可替寧,適用于評(píng)價(jià)煙草煙霧攝入的初步篩查。
【主要組成成份】
- 可替寧檢測試劑盒(40人份):每人份鋁箔袋單獨(dú)包裝。其中試劑盒由金標(biāo)可替寧單克隆抗體、可替寧-BSA結(jié)合物、羊抗兔IgG多克隆抗體、硝酸纖維素膜、聚酯纖維素膜、塑料背襯、塑料模板組成。
- 一次性滅菌唾液取樣棒(40人份)
- 唾液收集器(40人份)
- 使用說明書(1份)
【檢驗(yàn)方法】
- 撕開鋁箔袋,取出試劑,應(yīng)在1小時(shí)內(nèi)盡快使用。
- 拿出一次性唾液收集器。(步驟1)
- 手持收集器蓋帽使海綿頭含入口中,直至海綿頭吸滿液體(膨脹變軟)。(步驟2)
- 將海綿頭放回收集器并擰緊蓋帽,使所含樣本流入收集器下端。(步驟3)
- 將試劑盒置于干凈平坦的臺(tái)面上,同時(shí)打開滴樣孔蓋帽。(步驟4)
- 擠壓收集器上端管壁,垂直滴加2滴無空氣泡的唾液(約100ul)于加樣孔(S)中。(步驟5)
- 等待紫紅色條帶的出現(xiàn),3-5分鐘時(shí)直接觀察結(jié)果,10分鐘后判定無效。

貧乏的環(huán)境中能夠更好的生存。
平均一升海水中含有約十億個(gè)細(xì)菌,其中大部分都有視紫質(zhì)基因。這些細(xì)菌的生存對(duì)于的碳循環(huán)和海洋

述進(jìn)行了規(guī)范“益生菌(Probiotics)為一類活的微生物,當(dāng)有足夠量的活菌體到達(dá)宿主腸道、定植從而改
變宿主腸道菌落平衡,進(jìn)而對(duì)宿主起著健康效應(yīng)”。所有關(guān)于益生菌的定義都包含著兩個(gè)共同點(diǎn):①活的微
生物;②具有改善宿主健康的功效。
目前已知的益生菌主要來源于乳酸菌(Lactobacilli)屬、雙歧桿菌(Bifidobacteria)屬和革蘭氏陽性球
菌(如糞鏈球菌、乳球菌、中介鏈球菌等)。此外,還有一些酵母菌與酶亦可歸入益生菌的范疇。乳酸菌和
雙歧桿菌都是革蘭氏陽性菌,都可經(jīng)發(fā)酵產(chǎn)生乳酸,是人體和動(dòng)物腸道內(nèi)的正細(xì)菌微生態(tài)菌落的組成。
乳酸菌不產(chǎn)生芽孢,菌體形態(tài)呈桿狀。乳酸菌大多生長在營養(yǎng)豐富、并富含碳水化合物的基質(zhì)中,如:人和
動(dòng)物粘膜細(xì)胞、植物體或以植物為原料的基質(zhì)、污水、乳制品以及細(xì)菌了的食品。
雙歧桿菌為人類的整個(gè)生命過程中正細(xì)菌人體腸道菌群組成部分。新生嬰兒出生后的幾天里糞便里就能檢測
出有雙歧桿菌的存在,之后在數(shù)量上便不斷的增加。成年人體內(nèi)的雙歧桿菌數(shù)量細(xì)菌達(dá) 1010-1011cfu/g,
但這一數(shù)量會(huì)隨著年齡的增長而減少。雙歧桿菌無運(yùn)動(dòng)性、不產(chǎn)生芽孢、具有多種外形、大部分菌種為嚴(yán)格
