單極滑觸線(xiàn)，單極安全滑觸線(xiàn)，安全滑觸線(xiàn)具體的安裝流程如下：
一、安裝角鋼支架
用螺栓或焊接方式按規(guī)定間距把角鋼支架固定在行車(chē)道軌墊板上（用壓板螺栓壓緊，或焊接在墊板上）。必須保證支架在整個(gè)線(xiàn)上的平直，角鋼的伸出尺寸*，角鋼要平行不能歪斜。
Fix angle steel brackets on track rail tie-plate as per specified spacing by using bolt or welding method （press it tightly by using follower bolt, or weld it on tie-plate）. It is essential to ensure that brackets are straight on the whole line, extruding dimensions of angle steel are identical and angle steels should be paralleled with each other rather than inclined.
二、把懸掛架安裝在角鋼支架上
此時(shí)螺母不要擰緊，待調(diào)整好后再擰緊，重型線(xiàn)的掛架已安裝在導(dǎo)線(xiàn)上。
Tighten nut after completion of readjusting rather than tighten nut immediay. Suspensions of heavy-duty line have been installed on conductive wire.
三、安裝滑觸線(xiàn)及接頭
把滑觸線(xiàn)裝入懸掛架的卡口內(nèi)卡住。四根滑觸線(xiàn)裝好后調(diào)平，旋緊掛架的螺母。把接頭裝入*組滑觸線(xiàn)的另一端，同樣方法安裝第二組滑觸線(xiàn)。用接頭將兩根滑觸線(xiàn)聯(lián)接好，裝上接頭護(hù)套，將滑觸線(xiàn)調(diào)平、固緊。依次裝好全部滑觸線(xiàn)。注意接頭處應(yīng)平滑，間隙<0.5mm
Install and clamp sliding-contact wire in bayonet of suspension. After installation and leveling of four pieces of sliding-contact wire, screw nut of suspension tightly. Fix connector into the other end of the first group of sliding-contact wires, and install the second group of sliding-contact wires in accordance with the same method. Connect two pieces of sliding-contact wire by connector, install connector sheath, level and fasten sliding-contact wire. Install all sliding-contact wires in proper order. Make sure to keep smoothness at joints and spacing<0.5mm.
四、安裝動(dòng)力輸入段
安裝預(yù)先設(shè)計(jì)好的輸電方式安裝動(dòng)力輸入段，一定要旋緊，再裝上護(hù)罩。
Install power input section as per the power transmission method that has been designed in advance, and make sure to screw it tightly before installation of protection cover.
五、裝護(hù)套固定夾
按照設(shè)計(jì)方案安裝固定夾，一線(xiàn)二個(gè)（四孔夾）。
Install retaining clip as per design, two clips for each wire （four-hole clip）.
六、膨脹段和檢修段的安裝
方法同接頭的安裝，其他位置應(yīng)按設(shè)計(jì)方案定。
The method is identical with installation of connector, and other positions are to be determined as per design.
七、裝端套
在滑觸線(xiàn)的兩頭安裝端套，也可在吊掛前先裝上。
Install potheads on both ends of sliding-contact wire, it is also allowed to install before suspension.
八、檢查
整條滑觸線(xiàn)安裝好后應(yīng)認(rèn)真檢查，滑觸線(xiàn)是否平直，間距是否*，懸掛架是否旋緊。接頭處是否平滑。
After completion of installation of the whole sliding-contact wire, it is necessary to inspect carefully whether sliding-contact wire is straight, whether spaces are identical, whether suspension is screwed tightly, and whether joints are smooth.
九、安裝集電器及其支架
滑觸線(xiàn)安裝好后，即可安裝集電器，按照高度尺寸H（支架中心到滑靴上平面的高度尺寸）和觸靴端中心略高些的要求，把支架焊接在移動(dòng)的設(shè)備上，再將集電器依次安裝到集電器支架上旋緊固定。檢查觸靴是否轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)靈活，與導(dǎo)線(xiàn)的接觸是否良好，否則應(yīng)進(jìn)行調(diào)整。
After installation of sliding-contact wire, proceed with installation of current collector, in accordance with height dimension H （height from bracket center to upper surface of contact slipper） and requirement that the center of contact slipper side should be slightly higher, weld bracket on equipment, then install current collectors in proper order on collector bracket and screw tightly. Inspect whether contact slipper turns flexibly, whether the contact with conductive wire is good, otherwise it is necessary to adjust.
十、集電器的電纜線(xiàn)與用電設(shè)備的電纜線(xiàn)接好
注意在接線(xiàn)前，應(yīng)按常規(guī)檢查電機(jī)的各項(xiàng)絕緣要求是否符合要求，若出現(xiàn)異常應(yīng)檢修或更換。
Before wire connection, make sure to inspect whether insulation requirements of electric motor are met, in case of abnormity, it is necessary to inspect, repair or replace.
十一、接電源
把電源線(xiàn)牢固的接在動(dòng)力輸入段上，注意壓緊。
Connect power supply line firmly on power input section, and make sure to press tightly.
十二、試車(chē)
先應(yīng)空載試車(chē)，往復(fù)運(yùn)行幾個(gè)來(lái)回，若無(wú)異常即可投入負(fù)荷試車(chē)，觀(guān)察電壓、電流是否正常，若有異常應(yīng)立即停車(chē)，切斷電源，進(jìn)行檢查，故障排除后再投入運(yùn)行。
Firstly, it is necessary to conduct trial run for several times of reciprocating operation under no load, proceed with under-load trial run if there is no abnormity, observe whether voltage and current are normal, shut down immediay in case of abnormity, disconnect power supply and inspect, and proceed with operation again after elimination of malfunctions.
