Anti-Nurr1抗體,核受體相關(guān)因子-1抗體實(shí)驗(yàn)產(chǎn)品說明：Nuclear receptor and transcription factor; plays a role in development and maintenance of neurons synthesizing the neurotransmitter dopamine This gene encodes a member of the steroid-thyroid hormone-retinoid receptor superfamily. The encoded protein may act as a transcription factor. Mutations in this gene have been associated with disorders related to dopaminergic dysfunction, including Parkinson disease, schizophernia, and manic depression. Misregulation of this gene may be associated with rheumatoid arthritis. Four transcript variants encoding four distinct isoforms have been identified for this gene. Additional alternate splice variants may exist, but their full length nature has not been determined.

保存條件：Store at -20 °C for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at -20°C. When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4 °C.
連續(xù)使用時(shí)4°C存儲(chǔ)，保質(zhì)期六個(gè)月補(bǔ)體C1qα鏈多肽抗體*存儲(chǔ)時(shí)建議分裝為10ul以上小包裝-20°C存儲(chǔ)，并避免反復(fù)凍融，保質(zhì)期一年。
