Anti-MKK3/MEK3/MAP2K3抗體,絲裂原活化蛋白激酶MKK3抗體銷售產(chǎn)品說(shuō)明：The protein encoded by this gene is a dual specificity protein kinase that belongs to the MAP kinase kinase family. This kinase is activated by mitogenic and environmental stress, and participates in the MAP kinase-mediated signaling cascade. It phosphorylates and thus activates MAPK14/p38-MAPK. This kinase can be activated by insulin, and is necessary for the expression of glucose transporter. Expression of RAS oncogene is found to result in the accumulation of the active form of this kinase, which thus leads to the constitutive activation of MAPK14, and confers oncogenic transformation of primary cells. The inhibition of this kinase is involved in the pathogenesis of Yersina pseudotuberculosis. Multiple alternatively spliced transcript variants that encode distinct isoforms have been reported for this gene.
保存條件：Store at -20 °C for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at -20°C. When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4 °C.
連續(xù)使用時(shí)4°C存儲(chǔ)，保質(zhì)期六個(gè)月補(bǔ)體C1qα鏈多肽抗體*存儲(chǔ)時(shí)建議分裝為10ul以上小包裝-20°C存儲(chǔ)，并避免反復(fù)凍融，保質(zhì)期一年。
