Anti-PDGF-B抗體,血小板源性生長(zhǎng)因子-B抗體優(yōu)貨產(chǎn)品說明：Plaet-derived growth factor is a potent mitogen for cells of mesenchymal origin. Binding of this growth factor to its affinity receptor elicits a variety of cellular responses. It is released by plaets upon wounding and plays an important role in stimulating adjacent cells to grow and thereby heal the wound. [SUBUNIT] Antiparallel disulfide-linked dimer of nonidentical (A and B) chains. Homodimers of A and B chains are implicated in transformation processes. A-A and B-B, as well as A-B, dimers can bind to the PDGF receptor. Belongs to the PDGF/VEGF growth factor family.

保存條件：Store at -20 °C for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at -20°C. When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4 °C.
連續(xù)使用時(shí)4°C存儲(chǔ)，保質(zhì)期六個(gè)月補(bǔ)體C1qα鏈多肽抗體*存儲(chǔ)時(shí)建議分裝為10ul以上小包裝-20°C存儲(chǔ)，并避免反復(fù)凍融，保質(zhì)期一年。
