Anti-TEP1抗體,端粒酶相關(guān)蛋白1抗體產(chǎn)品說(shuō)明：omerase is an RNA-dependent DNA polymerase that uses an RNA component to add omeric repeat sequences at the ends of chromosomes. Besides the RNA component which serves as the template that specifies the omeric repeat, the omerase complex contains a reverse transcriptase protein (TRT) and various accessory proteins including the omerase-associated protein 1 (TEP1). omerase activity is low in most somatic cells, causing the gradual shortening of omeres which can ultimay lead to omere fusion and cell death. High levels of omerase activity are widely seen in cancerous cells and while recent experiments have suggested that omerase may be a viable target in cancer therapy, expression levels of TEP1 do not correlate with malignancy. At least two isoforms of TP1 are known to exist.

保存條件：Store at -20 °C for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at -20°C. When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4 °C.
