腦膠質(zhì)瘤相關(guān)蛋白抗體,Anti-GLI1抗體ackground: Gli1 is a member of the Kruppel family of zinc finger proteins. The Gli transcription factors constitute the final effectors of the Hedgehog signalling pathway, which is critical to vertebrate development. Gli1 may play a role in craniofacial and digital development, as well as development of the central nervous system and gastrointestinal tract. Ectopic activation of Gli proteins is linked to tumorigenesis. In addition, both the Ras and Transforming Growth Factor Beta pathways also stimulate and/or induce Gli1 and Gli2 activity independently of Hedgehog ligands.

Storage: Store at -20℃ for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at -20℃. When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody, the antibody is stable for at least six weeks at 2-4 ℃
