Background: Granzyme B is a cysteine protease found in the cytoplasmic lysosome-like granules of cytolytic T lymphocytes （CTL） and natural killer （NK） cells and is is required for the induction of target cell lysis. This occurs as part of cell mediated immune responses, and can activate apoptosis in target cells by both caspase dependent and caspase independent mechanisms.

Anti-GZMB/Granzyme B顆粒酶B抗體技術(shù)說(shuō)明Storage: Store at -20℃ for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at -20℃. When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody, the antibody is stable for at least six weeks at 2-4 ℃
