人腫瘤壞死因子相關(guān)弱凋亡誘導(dǎo)因子(TWEAK)ELISA試劑盒原理的簡要說明書：腫瘤壞死因子樣細(xì)胞凋亡弱誘導(dǎo)因子(TNF-like weak inducer of apoptosis,TWEAK)是1997年由Chicheportiche等發(fā)現(xiàn)的一種新的TNF超家族成員，按發(fā)現(xiàn)時間次序被命名為腫瘤壞死因子配體超家族成員12(TNFSF12)，它是一種Ⅱ型跨膜蛋白。研究表明，TWEAK的組織表達(dá)分布較廣泛，具有多種生物學(xué)功能，包括誘導(dǎo)細(xì)胞凋亡，參與炎癥反應(yīng)，調(diào)節(jié)免疫，調(diào)節(jié)血管內(nèi)皮細(xì)胞的生成和增生等。
