Background: Background: GNLY （granulysin） is a member of the saposin-like protein （SAPLIP） family and is located in the cytotoxic granules of T cells, which are released upon antigen stimulation. GNLY has antimicrobial activity against M.tuberculosis and other organisms including Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria, fungi, and parasites. Alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been identified.

When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4 ºC.
