CPSC發(fā)布了嬰兒搖籃的zui終規(guī)則

2012年11月7日，美國CPSC在*公報(bào)FR上發(fā)布了嬰兒搖籃的zui終規(guī)則（編號(hào)為16 CFR 1223），該zui終規(guī)則采用了ASTM F 2088-12a（其對(duì)ASTM F 2088-12a的采用有兩處修改），并于2013年5月7日生效。

　　其與ASTM F 2088-12a的兩處不同為：

　?。?） 不需符合ASTM F 2088-12a的8.3.1 的要求，而替換為：

　　有可調(diào)節(jié)座位椅背（可調(diào)節(jié)超過50度）應(yīng)含有以下的警告語：

　　Keep swing seat fully reclined until child is at least 4 months old AND can hold up head without help;

　　Young infants have limited head and neck control;

　　If seat is too upright, infant’s head can drop forward, compress the airway, and result in DEATH.。

　　補(bǔ)充了以下的警告語：

　　To prevent serious injury or death from infants falling or being strangled in straps;

　　Always secure infant in the restraint system provided;

　　Never leave infant unattended in swing;

　　Discontinue use of swing when infant attempts to climb out。

　　移動(dòng)搖籃應(yīng)有以下警告語：

　　Always place swing on floor. Never use on any elevated surface。
