1、在ELISA實(shí)驗(yàn)過程中，請(qǐng)精確配制標(biāo)準(zhǔn)品及工作液A和B，以避免由于不準(zhǔn)確稀釋而造成的濃度誤差；
2、在ELISA實(shí)驗(yàn)過程中，酶標(biāo)板在溫育時(shí)應(yīng)加膜覆蓋以避免液體蒸發(fā)；
3、在實(shí)驗(yàn)過程中，檢測(cè)液A和檢測(cè)液B，以及底物溶液在使用前，應(yīng)置于37℃溫育30分鐘待用；
4、在ELISA實(shí)驗(yàn)過程中，洗板后應(yīng)盡快進(jìn)行下一步操作，避免酶標(biāo)板長(zhǎng)時(shí)間處于干燥狀態(tài)。
