歐米茄M12MJSS-1/8-U-9熱電偶提供了一種快速方便的測(cè)量過(guò)程中溫度的方法。它們可以按原樣使用，使用歐米茄的壓縮配件系列之一安裝在您的過(guò)程中，或者通過(guò)使用我們的彈簧加載配件在熱套管中使用。
M12系列熱電偶探頭可用于帶有Inconel 600護(hù)套的K型熱電偶或帶有304不銹鋼護(hù)套的J型熱電偶。標(biāo)準(zhǔn)探頭尺寸包括長(zhǎng)度為6“，9"，12“，18"和24“的1/4"和1/8“直徑，公制尺寸為3mm和6mm直徑，長(zhǎng)度為250,500,750,1000和1500mm，這些熱電偶傳感器也可根據(jù)需要以其他長(zhǎng)度的要求。
這些傳感器上的連接器使用IEC標(biāo)準(zhǔn)顏色代碼在公制尺寸和ANSI標(biāo)準(zhǔn)顏色代碼上分?jǐn)?shù)尺寸進(jìn)行包覆成型。連接器引腳排列如附圖所示。
要將此傳感器連接到您的測(cè)量或控制儀器，我們建議您使用Omega的M12擴(kuò)展電纜之一（在下表中列出）。除了這些延長(zhǎng)電纜之外，歐米茄還提供一系列特殊組合的延長(zhǎng)電纜，其中包括可選的不銹鋼編織層或軟管，用于改進(jìn)機(jī)械保護(hù)以及各種儀器連接。
產(chǎn)品規(guī)格：
J型熱電偶具有304 SST護(hù)套，溫度范圍為-40至600°C，連接器以黑色尼龍包覆成型。
K型熱電偶具有Inconel 600護(hù)套，溫度范圍為-40至1150°C，連接器包覆成型為黃色尼龍，分?jǐn)?shù)尺寸，綠色尼龍用于公制尺寸。
注意：模制連接器的*高溫度為90°C
熱電偶輸出符合IEC 584-2第2類。
分?jǐn)?shù)尺寸為6,9,12,18和24英寸長(zhǎng)度的1/4和1/8英寸直徑。
公制尺寸為長(zhǎng)度為250,500,700,1000和1500mm的6mm和3mm直徑。
對(duì)于不接地傳感器，絕緣電阻在100 VDC時(shí)*小為100兆歐。
*小彎曲半徑是傳感器外徑的三倍。
將M12熱電偶探頭連接到庫(kù)存控制器，數(shù)據(jù)記錄儀，手持式溫度計(jì)，PLC或其他測(cè)量和控制產(chǎn)品之間的歐米茄品種之一，以完成您的測(cè)量或控制系統(tǒng)。
