污染密度指數(shù)(SDI值)是表征反滲透系統(tǒng)進水水質(zhì)的重要指標。
其測定方法的基本原理是測量在 30psi 給水壓力下用 0.45 μ m 微濾膜過濾(間隔十五分鐘)一定量的原水所需要的時間比值。
但手動的SDI測試方法卻極花費時間，而且工作過程非常單調(diào)、容易產(chǎn)生錯誤。美國Simple SDI測試儀實現(xiàn)了自動、便攜等點，而且執(zhí)行SDI5，10，15分鐘100ml及500ml的6項數(shù)值測量。這是手動SDI測量方法所不可能完成的
