描述

執(zhí)行標(biāo)準(zhǔn)：

Q/SX13-2020 1E級(jí)K₃類儀表電纜

(符合核工業(yè)第二研究設(shè)計(jì)院編制的技術(shù)任務(wù)書)

產(chǎn)品特性：

1 1E級(jí)是指完成反應(yīng)堆緊急停堆，安全殼隔離，堆芯應(yīng)急冷卻，反應(yīng)堆余熱導(dǎo)出，反應(yīng)堆安全殼的熱導(dǎo)出，防止放射性物質(zhì)向周圍環(huán)境排放等功能的電氣系統(tǒng)設(shè)備的安全級(jí)。

2 K₃類電纜是指在安全殼外，在正常情況及地震荷載下能執(zhí)行其規(guī)定功能的電纜。

3該電纜設(shè)計(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)為低煙無鹵阻燃型電纜，火災(zāi)發(fā)生時(shí)，煙濃度低，有害氣體釋放量小，對(duì)保護(hù)電器設(shè)備，人員安全轉(zhuǎn)移以及爭(zhēng)取救火時(shí)間起到積極作用。

產(chǎn)品使用特性：

額定電壓是電纜設(shè)計(jì)和運(yùn)行的基準(zhǔn)電壓、用U₀/U表示、單位為V

核級(jí)儀表電纜300/500V

2.電纜導(dǎo)體的長(zhǎng)期允許工作溫度為90℃

3.短路時(shí)(最長(zhǎng)持續(xù)時(shí)間不超過4s),電纜導(dǎo)體的溫度不超辺250℃。

4.電纜使用壽命設(shè)計(jì)為不低于50年。

5.電纜的敷設(shè)溫度應(yīng)不低于0℃ ,低于0℃時(shí)電纜應(yīng)進(jìn)行預(yù)熱。

6.電纜的使用環(huán)境溫度：

反應(yīng)堆廠房外 (-10 ~ +55) ℃

大氣壓力為 (0.096 ~ 0.106) MPa

相對(duì)濕度為99%。

7.電纜的允許彎曲半徑應(yīng)不小于電纜外徑的8倍。

主要技術(shù)指標(biāo)

1.成品電纜絕緣線芯之間應(yīng)承受工頻交流電壓2500V 2分鐘不擊穿。絕緣線芯與屏蔽之間應(yīng)經(jīng)受工頻交流電壓1000V 5分鐘不擊穿。取自成品電纜的絕緣線芯(不少于5米)，浸入室溫水中1小時(shí)后，在導(dǎo)體和水之間應(yīng)經(jīng)受5分鐘工頻電壓1500V試驗(yàn)不擊穿。

2.額定溫度下絕緣電阻常數(shù)

按照GB／T3048. 6的要求，在90℃時(shí)，通電5分鐘后，測(cè)量絕緣線芯的絕緣電阻常數(shù)應(yīng)不小于3M??km。

3.工作電容(線間電容)

絞對(duì)的或相鄰芯間的工作電容在頻率為1kHz時(shí)電纜的電容應(yīng)符合規(guī)定。
