控制要求
(1)初始狀態(tài)
電動(dòng)機(jī)M1和M2為OFF,電磁閥3YA和4YA為OFF,夾具處于松開狀態(tài),lYA和2YA為OFF,飛鋸處于抬起狀態(tài),液壓閥SYA為OFF,小車處于原始位置。
(2)啟動(dòng)操作
按下啟動(dòng)按鈕,開始下列操作:
①電動(dòng)機(jī)M2運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)后M1運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn),即飛鋸旋轉(zhuǎn)后再送入鋼管。
②當(dāng)鋼管長(zhǎng)度達(dá)到預(yù)定要求時(shí)(例如6m),電磁閥4YA為ON,夾具夾緊鋼管,帶動(dòng)小車和飛鋸一起向前運(yùn)行。
③當(dāng)小車運(yùn)行到SQ1位置時(shí),SQ1為ON,電磁閥lYA為OFF,下鋸切割鋼管,完成鋼管切割時(shí),SQS為ONo
④當(dāng)小車到達(dá)SQ2位置時(shí),SQ2為ON,同時(shí)lYA為OFF, 2YA為ON飛鋸抬起,隨后2YA為OFF o
⑤當(dāng)?shù)竭_(dá)SQ3的位置時(shí), SQ3為ON,同時(shí)電磁閥4YA為OFF, 3YA為ON夾具松開。同時(shí)液壓閥SYA為ON使小車返回到原來(lái)位置,隨后3YA, SYA又恢復(fù)為OFF。
⑥如果小車沒(méi)有返回繼續(xù)向前運(yùn)行,當(dāng)?shù)竭_(dá)SQ4位置時(shí),SQ4為ON,表示系統(tǒng)出現(xiàn)故障發(fā)報(bào)出報(bào)警信號(hào),同時(shí)整個(gè)系統(tǒng)停止在當(dāng)前狀態(tài)下。
