油加熱設(shè)備由水箱、加熱冷卻系統(tǒng)、動力傳輸系統(tǒng)、液位控制系統(tǒng)以及溫度傳感器、注入口等器件組成。通常情況下，動力傳輸系統(tǒng)中的泵使熱流體從裝有內(nèi)置加熱器和冷卻器的水箱中到達模具，再從模具回到水箱；溫度傳感器測量熱流體的溫度并把數(shù)據(jù)傳送到控制部分的控制器；控制器調(diào)節(jié)熱流體的溫度，從而間接調(diào)節(jié)模具的溫度。如果模溫機在生產(chǎn)中，模具的溫度超過控制器的設(shè)定值，控制器就會打開電磁閥接通進水管，直到熱流液的溫度，即模具的溫度回到設(shè)定值。如果模具溫度低于設(shè)定值，控制器就會打開加熱器。普通水加熱系列功率為6KW-30KW溫度在30℃－120℃；普通油加熱系列功率為6KW-72KW溫度在30℃－200℃；高溫水加熱系列功率6KW-120KW溫度在120℃－180℃；高溫油加熱系列功率18KW-120KW溫度在250℃－350℃。The mould temperature machine is composed of water tank, heating and cooling system, power transmission system, liquid level control system, temperature sensor, injection port and other devices. In general, the pump in the power transmission system enables the hot fluid to arrive at the mold from the water tank equipped with the built-in heater and cooler, and then return to the water tank from the mold; the temperature sensor measures the temperature of the hot fluid and transmits the data to the controller of the control part; the controller adjusts the temperature of the hot fluid body, so as to indirectly adjust the temperature of the mold. If the temperature of the mould exceeds the set value of the controller during the production of the mould temperature machine, the controller will open the solenoid valve to connect the water inlet pipe until the temperature of the hot fluid, that is, the temperature of the mould returns to the set value. If the mold temperature is lower than the set value, the controller will turn on the heater. The power of ordinary water heating series is 6kw-30kw, and the temperature is 30 ℃ - 120 ℃. The power of common oil heating series is 6kw-72kw, and the temperature is 30 ℃ - 200 ℃. High temperature water heating series power 6kw-120kw, temperature 120 ℃ - 180 ℃; High temperature oil heating series power: 18kw-120kw, temperature: 250 ℃ - 350 ℃
