The V-TORK VT125D pneumatic actuator actuator is equipped with a bidirectional gear shaft travel limit device. A travel stop on the side of the housing allows ±5° adjustment of the pneumatic actuator travel between 85° and 95°. These 2 travel stops are designed to both resist the maximum torque rating of the pneumatic actuator and absorb the maximum shock load caused by the recommended travel speed. Loosen the lock nut for counterclockwise and clockwise limit screw rotation, respectively. Turn the left limit screw and the right limit screw to decrease or increase the travel angle, and finally tighten the lock nut.
