胰高血糖素樣肽2（GLP-2）是一種主要在腸道和胰腺中合成的肽激素。GLP-2結(jié)合并激活GLP-2受體，表現(xiàn)出血管擴張，抗高血壓，抗抑郁和胃腸動力調(diào)節(jié)活性。在動物模型中，GLP-2增加腸道血流量并降低平均動脈血壓。GLP-2通過涉及PKA激活的機制增強L型電壓門控Ca2+通道。此外，GLP-2減少了接受強制游泳測試的動物的靜止時間。這種肽刺激細胞增殖，抑制化療誘導的腸道粘膜萎-縮。GLP-2還可以減少胃排空和胃腸蠕動。
