背景：

游離脂肪酸具有許多功能，如熱量的直接來源，導致氧化應激的物質之一，與胰島素抵抗和β細胞功能受損密切相關等，因此檢測游離脂肪酸可鑒定身體代謝狀態(tài).

艾美捷游離脂肪酸熒光法測定試劑盒通過一個酶偶聯(lián)反應來檢測血液和尿液中游離脂肪酸的含量.該反應最終會生成高度熒光產(chǎn)物9-羥基-3-異吩惡唑酮，檢測熒光強度即可了解游離脂肪酸含量.

該試劑盒通過酶歐聯(lián)反應來檢測游離脂肪酸含量，激發(fā)波長為530-540nm，發(fā)射波長為585-595nm.
