載脂蛋白B（apoB，也稱為載脂蛋白B、apoB、apoB-100、apoB100和apoB100）是低密度脂蛋白顆粒（LDL）的主要蛋白質(zhì)成分，是一種512 kD的水不溶性大分子（apoB-100），主要在肝臟和腸道（apoB-48）中產(chǎn)生。載脂蛋白B被認(rèn)為是心血管疾病的一個(gè)消J因素。ApoB-100通常占人血漿中ApoB的98%，濃度約為0.4-1.3 mg/ml。
