Cayman Chemical艾美捷PD-L1/CD274兔單克隆抗體背景:

程序性細(xì)胞死亡配體1PD-L1),也稱為B7-H1CD274,是一種B7家族蛋白,參與調(diào)節(jié)和減弱適應(yīng)性免疫應(yīng)答和外周T細(xì)胞耐受性。1、23、4它是一種290個(gè)氨基酸的I型跨膜蛋白,在人類中由CD274編碼,一個(gè)IgV樣結(jié)構(gòu)域,一個(gè)IgC樣結(jié)構(gòu)域、一個(gè)跨膜結(jié)構(gòu)域和一個(gè)細(xì)胞質(zhì)尾部。PD-L1TB細(xì)胞、樹突狀細(xì)胞、巨噬細(xì)胞和調(diào)節(jié)性T細(xì)胞(Tregs)以及多種非造血細(xì)胞中組成性表達(dá),并被IFN-γ上調(diào),抑制T細(xì)胞增殖、遷移和細(xì)胞因子產(chǎn)生。PD-L1也在多種腫瘤細(xì)胞中異常表達(dá),腫瘤組織中PD-L1的表達(dá)與腎細(xì)胞癌患者的不良預(yù)后相關(guān)。含有PD-L1阻斷抗體的制劑已用于治療多種癌癥。CaymanPD-L1/CD274兔單克隆抗體(APC)由與別藻藍(lán)蛋白(APC)綴合的PD-L1/CD274單克隆抗體組成,可用于流式細(xì)胞術(shù)。
