Endothelial cell growth additive (ECGF/ECGS) is an indispensable supplement for endothelial cell culture in vitro, which can optimize the cell growth environment in vitro and promote the normal proliferation and growth of endothelial cells. ECGF/ECGS is a sterile concentrated (100X) solution containing growth factors, hormones and proteins necessary for normal human endothelial cell culture. Endothelial cell growth additives are formulated (quantitative and qualitative) to provide a balanced growth environment, which can well promote the growth of human endothelial cells in vitro.

Emaget Relia Tech endothelial cell growth additive can also be used to culture hybridoma cells without feeder cells (Pintus, 1983). The active factors in these brain extracts have been identified as variants of aFGF (Burgesse, 1985). This ECGF product is supplemented with human rec.VEGF-A of physiological concentration to support the growth and differentiation of vascular endothelial cells in culture.

ECGF用于人微血管內(nèi)皮細(xì)胞（HMEC）培養(yǎng)的最適濃度范圍是100-300 μg/ml，加入肝素（50 μg/ml）后的最適濃度范圍是10-20 μg/ml。ECGF pro 1因子和牛ECGF pro 2因子對小鼠細(xì)胞，牛細(xì)胞和人細(xì)胞起作用。
