環(huán)巴胺(Cyclopamine)從藜蘆屬植物內(nèi)分離得到的一種異甾體類(lèi)生物堿，主要存在百合科植物中北美山藜蘆(Veratrum californicum)、印第安鹿食草(Corn lily)及毛葉藜蘆(Veratrum grandiflorum)、伊貝(Fritillaria pallidiflora Schrenk)四種植物。
環(huán)巴胺對(duì)Hedgehog信號(hào)通路有抑制作用,在抗腫瘤方面表現(xiàn)出良好的活性。研究表明，環(huán)巴胺可以對(duì)Hedgehog信號(hào)通路的激活起到抑制作用，而后者參與原癌基因 Smoothened (Smo) 或滅活腫瘤抑制基因 Patched (Ptch) 的突變相關(guān)反應(yīng)途徑，并且這兩種基因都能夠編碼多程跨膜蛋白。此外，已經(jīng)證明環(huán)巴胺的抑制作用是由于其與Smo七螺旋蛋白束的直接結(jié)合有關(guān)。
