囊泡谷氨酸轉(zhuǎn)運體(VGLUTs)包括3個成員,VGLUT1、VGLUT2VGLUT3。囊泡谷氨酸轉(zhuǎn)運體(VGLUTs)的異常會導致興奮性神經(jīng)遞質(zhì)谷氨酸的異常,從而誘發(fā)多種神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)疾病。

 

囊泡型谷氨酸轉(zhuǎn)運蛋白1VGLUT1,又稱BNPISLc17a7,zui初被鑒定為腦特異性磷酸轉(zhuǎn)運蛋白。與相關(guān)的VGLUT-2一樣,VGLUT-1對谷氨酸的攝取和儲存既是必要的,也是充分的,因此構(gòu)成了谷氨酸能表型的決定因素。這兩種VGLUT都不同于血漿膜轉(zhuǎn)運蛋白,因為它們是由跨囊泡膜的質(zhì)子電化學梯度驅(qū)動的。

 

VGLUT 1和VGLUT 2呈現(xiàn)互補表達模式??偠灾?,它們是目前谷氨酸能神經(jīng)末梢和谷氨酸能突觸的標記物。

 

VGLUT 1 - 135 302,這個來自德國SySy的囊泡谷氨酸轉(zhuǎn)運體1(抗體),特異性針對VGLUT1蛋白(經(jīng)過敲除驗證K.O),作為谷氨酸能神經(jīng)末梢的標記物。(使用說明:VGLUT 1在煮沸后聚集,因此建議對未煮沸的樣品進行SDS-PAGE分析。)
