ICAM-1 (intercellular adhesion molecule-1，細(xì)胞間黏附分子1), 也稱為CD54，是一類接到細(xì)胞與細(xì)胞、細(xì)胞與細(xì)胞外基質(zhì)質(zhì)檢粘附作用的膜表面糖蛋白，是免疫球蛋白的超家族成員之一。它介導(dǎo)表達(dá)活化的LFA-1（CD11a / CD18）和Mac-1（CD11b / CD18）的白細(xì)胞的血管粘附和細(xì)胞旁遷移，可溶性ICAM-1促進(jìn)血管生成并且作為血管內(nèi)皮細(xì)胞活化或損傷的指標(biāo)。高水平的可溶性ICAM-1與心血管疾病，2型糖尿病，氧化應(yīng)激，腹部脂肪量增加，高血壓，肝臟疾病，某些惡性腫瘤和腦瘧疾有關(guān)。
