熱油泵盤根填料的密封原理一般導熱油泵使用填料密封比較多，在使用中取得了很好的效果。盤根填料的密封原理主要取決于迷宮效應和軸承效應。迷宮效應：軸在微觀下表面非常的不平整，與盤根只能部分貼合，而部分未接觸，所以在盤根和軸之間著微小的間隙，像迷宮一樣，帶壓介質在間隙中多次被節(jié)流，從而達到密封的作用。軸承效應：在盤根填料和軸之間會存在著一層薄薄液膜，使盤根填料和軸類似于滑動軸承，起到了一定的潤滑作用，從而避免了盤根和軸的過度磨損。

三、盤根填料的形式和特點隨著生產(chǎn)工藝的不斷出現(xiàn)，盤根填料的編制形式也逐漸多樣化，根據(jù)使用條件和環(huán)境的不同，不同的編制形式對密封的性能和受用壽命有著直接的影響。盤根編制填料主要采用的編制形式有：發(fā)辮編織、套層編織、穿心編制、夾心編制等。

盤根密封的結構及原理:
石墨盤根密封由填料裝于填料函內(nèi)，通過填料壓蓋將盤根壓緊在軸的表面。由于軸表面總有些粗糙，其與盤根只能是部分貼合，而部分未接觸，此就形成無數(shù)個迷宮。當帶壓介質通過軸表面時，介質被多次節(jié)流，憑借這“迷宮效應"而達到密封。盤根與軸表面的貼合、摩擦，也類似滑動軸承，固應有足夠的液體進行潤滑，以保證密封有一定的壽命，即所謂的“軸承效應"。由此可見良好的填料密封，即是迷宮效應和軸承效應的綜合。
盤根對軸的壓緊力通過擰緊壓蓋螺栓產(chǎn)生。由于填料是彈塑性體，當受到軸向壓緊后，產(chǎn)生摩擦力致使壓緊力沿軸向逐漸減少，同時所產(chǎn)生的徑向壓緊力使填料緊貼于軸表面而阻止介質外漏。徑向壓緊力的分布由外端（壓蓋）向內(nèi)端，先是急劇遞減后趨平緩，介質壓力的分布由內(nèi)端逐漸向外端遞減，當外端介質壓力為零時，則泄漏很少，大于零時泄漏.
石墨盤根自潤滑性好，摩擦系數(shù)小并耐磨，耐溫性。當摩擦發(fā)熱后能承受一定的溫度，拆卸方便，制造簡單，價格低廉。
