◆光源模塊：
LED光源采用芯片，配合高效率恒流驅(qū)動(dòng)電源，LED組件全部密封，防水防塵，無需內(nèi)部清潔和維護(hù)；電路基板熱阻低;
◆散熱模塊：
防爆燈外殼采用鋁合金壓鑄造成型，表面經(jīng)拋丸后高壓靜電噴塑，有效提高了殼體的散熱性能；
電路基板緊貼鋁合金殼體，可將點(diǎn)熱源瞬間轉(zhuǎn)換為面熱源，散熱面積成倍增加，利于熱量迅速分散，提高散熱效率；
殼體表面具有氣流分散溝槽，借助空氣流動(dòng)帶走熱量；散熱鰭片密度高，大大提高散熱面積，充分保證LED的散熱要求，使用壽命更長(zhǎng)。
◆外露緊固件采用高防腐性能的不銹鋼材質(zhì)。
