一、耐漏電起痕試驗機(jī)簡介
    LDQ-2型漏電起痕試驗儀又稱漏電起痕試驗裝置，是按IEC60695、GB4207/IEC60112等標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求設(shè)計制造的檢測儀器。適用于固體絕緣材料在潮濕條件下相比漏電起痕指數(shù)和耐漏電起痕指數(shù)的測定，具有簡便、準(zhǔn)確、可靠、實用等特點。
    本試驗方法可測量在電壓zui高達(dá)600 V時固體電氣絕緣材料在電場作用下表面暴露于含雜質(zhì)的水時的相對耐電痕化性能. 當(dāng)將電壓施加到放在材料表面上規(guī)定的電極裝置之間，且電解液以規(guī)定的時間間隔滴到兩電極之間時，在此試驗情況下可能產(chǎn)生電痕化。引起材料破壞所必需的液滴數(shù)隨著施加電壓的減小而增加，且在低于某一限值時，不發(fā)生電痕化。
當(dāng)材料在zui高試驗電壓下也未電痕時，可以有不同程度的腐蝕，且腐蝕深度能測出。某些材料能在試驗時燃燒。

二、耐漏電起痕試驗機(jī)主要技術(shù)參數(shù)及功能
1、采用矩形鉑電極，每個電極對試樣作用力為1.0N±0.05N。
2、施加電壓在100~600V（48~60HZ）之間可調(diào)，短路電流在1.0A±0.1A時電壓下降不超過10% 。當(dāng)試驗回路中，短路電流大于0.5A時間維持2秒鐘繼電器動作，切斷電流，指示試品不合格。
3、滴液裝置能使滴液高度從30~40mm可調(diào)，滴液大小44~55滴/1cm3。滴液時間隔30S±5S可調(diào)。
4、外形尺寸：寬1120mm×深520mm×高1250mm；

三、控制面板說明
1.試驗電壓— 顯示試驗電壓
2.滴液次數(shù)— 滴液計數(shù)（標(biāo)準(zhǔn)設(shè)定50滴）
3.試驗電流— 指示電極間通路流過的電流

20.電源 — 接通或關(guān)斷電源（220V，5A）
21.報警—指示電流大于0.5A時間超過2秒試驗不合格，此時蜂鳴器

四、使用步驟
（一）安裝調(diào)試
1、開箱后，先去掉箱內(nèi)防震泡沫和膠帶、綁扎帶等，試驗箱水平放置。
2、滴液針裝正，使滴液能從電極中間滴落。
3、檢查電極、重塊的固定螺釘是否擰緊，如有松動，應(yīng)按標(biāo)準(zhǔn)重新固定。
（二）試驗操作
1、將電源插頭與AC220V電源接通。請配備穩(wěn)壓電源，調(diào)節(jié)試驗電壓和短路電流：
1.1 試驗箱門關(guān)緊，將波段開關(guān)打至接近試驗電壓一檔，按下“電壓”按鈕，調(diào)節(jié)“電壓調(diào)節(jié)”旋鈕使電壓為試驗所需電壓。
1.2 先將“電流調(diào)節(jié)”旋鈕調(diào)至zui小，再按“電極短路”按鈕，調(diào)節(jié)“電流調(diào)節(jié)”旋鈕，使電流表指示為1.0±0.1A（調(diào)節(jié)電壓的時候如果電流超過1.2A，儀器會報警，電壓會自動斷開，此時必須先按復(fù)位鍵，再按電壓鍵，然后重新調(diào)節(jié)）
2、電極調(diào)節(jié)
在電極斷電下，把試品置于托盤，兩電極置于試品上，調(diào)節(jié)托盤高度，使兩電極的支撐棒呈水平，電極之間為4±0.1mm。滴針尖離試品高度為30~40mm，見
3、調(diào)節(jié)滴液（在電極斷電下）
3.1 將試品移開，并逆時針旋轉(zhuǎn)手輪使電極上升。將一個容器放在針尖下面，用來接住針尖滴下的溶液。溶液按標(biāo)準(zhǔn)配制倒至滴液杯內(nèi)。
3.2 按“排液”按鈕，排出一定的溶液，使滴液管內(nèi)的空氣排清。
3.3設(shè)定滴液時間間隔（30S）。
3.4設(shè)定滴液次數(shù)（50滴）。
4、試驗
4.1 將容器移開，放回試品到托盤上，并將兩電極放到試品上，可用量規(guī)檢查電極之間是否為4mm，然后關(guān)門，按“電壓”按鈕，并檢查電壓表電壓是否符合試驗電壓，否則調(diào)節(jié)“電壓調(diào)節(jié)”旋鈕使電壓達(dá)到試驗值。
4.2按“滴液”按鈕，試驗開始。試品在試驗期間如電流大于0.5A，連續(xù)時間超過2S，繼電器動作自動切斷電源并報警。如出現(xiàn)試品起火燃燒也應(yīng)人工終止試驗（按“復(fù)位”按鈕或切斷電源）。
4.3 更換試驗樣品時,務(wù)必將“電壓”鍵停止可按復(fù)位鍵.
5.試驗結(jié)束
6.進(jìn)行下次試驗前一定要先按一下復(fù)位鍵，使數(shù)據(jù)清零，否則無法進(jìn)行下一次試驗。
    ※ 試驗結(jié)束后，一定要排清滴液杯和滴液管內(nèi)的溶液，然后換上清水連續(xù)排液，對電磁閥進(jìn)行清洗，減小溶液對電磁閥的腐蝕。

四、使用步驟

（一）安裝調(diào)試
