QJ2-40型氣體繼電器

1.   用途 The use

QJ2-40型氣體繼電器主要用于保護(hù)各種類(lèi)型的油浸式全密封變壓器的安全運(yùn)行。必要時(shí)將變壓器從電網(wǎng)中切除。

A gas relay in QJ2-40 is mainly used for protection of safe running of various types of oil-immersed fully sealed transformer. If necessary, the transformer will be cut off from the power grid.

3.   氣體繼電器的結(jié)構(gòu)及其工作原理 The structure and the work principle of the gas relay

3.1 氣體繼電器外部結(jié)構(gòu)如圖所示：The outer structure of the gas relay is following:

內(nèi)部由浮子及兩個(gè)干簧接點(diǎn)構(gòu)成，接點(diǎn)閉合將報(bào)警信號(hào)或切除信號(hào)通過(guò)接線端子輸出。

The inner is composed of float and two spring contacts and the contact closing makes alarm signal or cutting signal output by the connection terminal. 

3.2 氣體繼電器的工作原理 The work principle of the gas relay

當(dāng)變壓器內(nèi)部出現(xiàn)故障，變壓器油分解而產(chǎn)生氣體或溫度下降而少油，此時(shí)氣體聚集在繼電器的氣室內(nèi)，迫使油面下降，浮子隨油面下降，當(dāng)油面下降到一定程度時(shí)，首先報(bào)警信號(hào)接點(diǎn)接通，發(fā)出報(bào)警信號(hào)。若油面繼續(xù)下降，到一定程度時(shí)，切除信號(hào)接點(diǎn)接通，發(fā)出切除信號(hào)，將變壓器從電網(wǎng)中切除，從而達(dá)到保護(hù)變壓器的目的。

When the fault takes place inside of the transformer, the transformer oil is decomposed to produce o gas or make the temperature drop to result to less oil. At this time, the gas is gathered in the gas interior of the relay to force the oil level to drop and the float will drop with the oil level. When the oil level is dropped to a certain degree, the alarm signal contact is connected to send the alarm signal out at first. If the oil level continually drops to some degree, the cutting signal contact is connected to send the cutting signal out to cut the transformer off from the power grid to reach at the purpose of the protection of the transformers.

當(dāng)油面下降到箱蓋下35mm處，發(fā)出報(bào)警信號(hào)。

When oil dropped to 35mm under the cover, send an alarming signal out.

當(dāng)油面下降到箱蓋下50mm處，發(fā)出切除信號(hào)。

When oil dropped to 50mm under the cover, send a cutting signal out.

6.   使用及維護(hù) The use and the maintenance

6.1 產(chǎn)品出廠前，已經(jīng)過(guò)調(diào)試和密封試驗(yàn)，無(wú)特殊情況下不要隨意拆卸，以免影響產(chǎn)品的準(zhǔn)確度和密封性能。

Before the products leave the factory, they have been adjusted and test. In common case, they should not been disassembled arbitrarily, so as not to affect the accuracy and the sealing performance of the products.

6.2 為方便氣體繼電器進(jìn)行現(xiàn)場(chǎng)檢修，其安裝位置應(yīng)保證氣體繼電器芯體能從殼體中取出。

In order to help the repair of the gas relay in site, its installation location should ensure the core body of the gas relay to be able to be removed from the shell.

6.3 氣體繼電器必須安裝在變壓器油箱箱蓋上，便于收集氣體。安裝法蘭和密封墊由繼電器生產(chǎn)廠提。

The gas relay must be installed on the tank cover of the transformer to facilitate the collection of gas. The installed flanges and the seal gaskets will be provided by the relay manufacturer.

6.4 放氣及收集氣樣：將放氣閥上的防塵蓋擰下，旋動(dòng)內(nèi)部的小六角氣閥即可放氣。若在放氣嘴上接一內(nèi)徑Φ6的膠管，即可收集氣樣。

The Deflation and collecting gas samples: Turn the dust cover on the releasing valve off and turning the small inner hex valve can release gas. If connect a hose with Φ6 diameter to the releasing nozzle, it can collect the gas sample. 

6.5 電氣接線：1、2端子接報(bào)警信號(hào)，3、4端子接切除信號(hào)（見(jiàn)A向圖）。

The electrical wiring：Terminal 1, 2 for alarming signals; Terminal 3, 4 for cutting signals (see diagram A)

6.6 安裝時(shí)不得將浮子外保護(hù)罩去掉.

When installation, the outer protection cover of the float can not be removed.

7.   投運(yùn)前測(cè)試 The test before put into operation  

投入運(yùn)行前，利用氣體繼電器頂蓋上的探針可進(jìn)行動(dòng)作特性的測(cè)試。先擰下探針頂上的防塵蓋，緩慢按下探針，將依次發(fā)出報(bào)警信號(hào)和切除信號(hào)。如不能發(fā)出信號(hào)，請(qǐng)檢查接線是否正確，若確認(rèn)接線正確仍不能發(fā)出信號(hào)，請(qǐng)立即與我公司，我公司將迅速予以解決。

Before put into operation, use the probe on the cap of the gas relay can carry out the test of the action characteristic. At first, turn off the duct cap on the probe and press the probe down slowly, it will send alarm signals and cutting signals out I order. If it can not send a signal out, check if the wiring is correct.
