人Ⅳ型膠原(Ⅳ－C)ELISA檢測(cè)試劑盒試驗(yàn)中，各種檢驗(yàn)項(xiàng)目的誤差允許范圍均有待在實(shí)踐中得出結(jié)論，以上只是舉例說(shuō)明質(zhì)控方法，不是定論。2SD是一般*的允許誤差限度。每批測(cè)定放一份質(zhì)控血清時(shí)，一次超過(guò)2SD應(yīng)作為"告警"，二次超出2SD為"失控"。當(dāng)質(zhì)控過(guò)程中，出現(xiàn)失控時(shí)，出現(xiàn)失控時(shí)，應(yīng)查找原因，通常是試劑盒或質(zhì)控血清失效造成。更換試劑盒或更換質(zhì)控血清，找出原因糾正后重新檢驗(yàn)。如果檢驗(yàn)結(jié)果仍達(dá)不到要求或找不到原 因時(shí)，應(yīng)重復(fù)進(jìn)行OCV的檢驗(yàn)。如果OCV檢驗(yàn)的結(jié)果仍是好的，說(shuō)明常規(guī)操作出現(xiàn)問(wèn)題。一般認(rèn)為：①一次超出3SD；②連續(xù)二次超出2SD；③3-5次連續(xù)處于一側(cè)的2SD之內(nèi)；④5～7次連續(xù)偏向橫軸的一側(cè)，均為失控。
第③、④種情況，單獨(dú)依靠記錄往往是不易察覺(jué)的，但在質(zhì)控圖上可以清晰地發(fā)現(xiàn)這種失
控。
