護理措施/登革熱
急性期應(yīng)臥床休息，給予流質(zhì)或半流質(zhì)飲食，在有防蚊設(shè)備的病室中隔離到*退熱為止，不宜過早下地活動，防止病情加重。保持皮膚和口腔清潔。
預(yù)防措施/登革熱
控制和消滅埃及伊蚊和白紋伊蚊是當前zui有效的預(yù)防措施。埃及伊蚊主要孳生于戶內(nèi)積水容器內(nèi)，白紋伊蚊主要孳生于盆、罐、樹洞、廢輪胎、花瓶以及建筑工地容器積水中。消滅和控制埃及伊蚊和白紋伊蚊，一般以消滅孳生地和幼蟲為主。滅蚊措施主要有：
1、消除孳生地和幼蟲：翻盆倒罐，填堵樹洞，對飲用水容器勤洗刷，勤換水，加蓋防蚊，也可采取水缸內(nèi)放養(yǎng)食蚊幼蟲的魚類或其它生物滅蚊方法消除蚊幼蟲。對難于*清除的非飲用容器積水，可投灑廢油類或緩釋殺蟲劑。
2、殺滅成蚊：室內(nèi)用噴灑或施用對人無毒的殺蟲劑消滅成蚊。室外在搞好環(huán)境衛(wèi)生的基礎(chǔ)上重點對成蚊較多的竹、樹林、陶器場、廢輪胎堆積站等場所使用殺蟲劑。
截止2011年，尚無疫苗可以防治該病，因此比較好的預(yù)防方法是清除家居、學校、工作地點及附近的積水，防止蚊子孳生，以及避免給蚊子叮咬。
