前沿簡介：MBP，髓鞘堿性蛋白(myelinbasicprotein)。MBP是脊椎動物中樞神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)少突細(xì)胞和周圍神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)雪旺細(xì)胞合成的一種強(qiáng)堿性膜蛋白．含有多種堿性氨基酸。髓鞘堿性蛋白 (MBP)是中樞神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)*的蛋白質(zhì) ,是髓鞘的主要成分之一。中樞神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)的各種破壞性病變累及髓鞘并破壞血腦屏障時將導(dǎo)致MBP釋放入腦脊液,進(jìn)而入血 ,因此 ,血液中的ＭＢＰ含量可以反映中樞神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)的破壞程度。MBP可釋放到腦脊液或血液中，可作為判斷中樞神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)破壞程度的指標(biāo)，對判斷病情嚴(yán)重程度和預(yù)后有重要意義。
