實驗中常見問題：
避免CV值較高的方法
1、從-20℃拿出后馬上使用板子，不要把板放到箔外面太長時間，否則板子會吸收水分；
2、等到沉淀物*溶解再加樣品；
3、不要上下吸液稀釋沉淀物；
4、在洗滌的過程中至少加入400?l 洗滌液，加入后洗滌液應(yīng)該在孔內(nèi)存留幾秒；
5、小心的拿掉標(biāo)準(zhǔn)品上的覆蓋物。
*j鏈(Ig-j)ELISA試劑盒標(biāo)準(zhǔn)曲線不正確的原因
1、低壓凍干的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)品定容的體積不正確；
2、定容的時間太短，標(biāo)準(zhǔn)品還沒有*溶解；
3、濃縮標(biāo)準(zhǔn)品的稀釋不正確；
4、稀釋材料的儲藏不正確；
5、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)品被污染；
6、稀釋標(biāo)準(zhǔn)品時沒有混勻；
7、測量波長沒有使用正確。
