MOOG伺服閥
MOOG伺服閥是MOOG公司研發(fā)的電液伺服控制中的關(guān)鍵元件，它是一種接受模擬電信號后，相應(yīng)輸出調(diào)制的流量和壓力的液壓控制閥。電液伺服閥具有動態(tài)響應(yīng)快、控制精度高、使用壽命長等優(yōu)點，已廣泛應(yīng)用于航空、航天、艦船、冶金、化工等領(lǐng)域的電液伺服控制系統(tǒng)中。
伺服閥由永磁力矩馬達、噴嘴、檔板、閥芯、閥套和控制腔組成。當輸入線圈通入電流 伺服閥時，檔板向右移動，使右邊噴嘴的節(jié)流作用加強，流量減少，右側(cè)背壓上升；同時使左邊噴嘴節(jié)流作用減小，流量增加，左側(cè)背壓下降。閥芯兩端的作用力失去平衡, 閥芯遂向左移動。
