Lgr5基因（Wnt細(xì)胞信號(hào)系統(tǒng)）是一種G蛋白偶聯(lián)受體，已經(jīng)被確定為幾種成年組織和癌癥中干細(xì)胞的一個(gè)*標(biāo)記。Lgr5zui初是在結(jié)腸癌細(xì)胞中發(fā)現(xiàn)的，有報(bào)道稱：在惡化前的小鼠腺瘤中也有發(fā)現(xiàn)，這說(shuō)明Lgr5很可能也是其他組織成體干細(xì)胞和癌癥干細(xì)胞的標(biāo)志物。

Storage: Store at -20℃for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The lyophilized antibody is stable at roomtemperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at -20℃.When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody, the antibody is stable for at least six weeks at 2-4 ℃
