交聯(lián)聚乙烯絕緣電力電纜是采用化學方法或物理方法,使聚乙烯分子由線型分子結(jié)構(gòu)轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)槿S網(wǎng)狀結(jié)構(gòu),由熱塑性的聚乙烯變成熱固性的交聯(lián)聚乙烯,從而提高了聚乙烯的耐老化性能、機械性能和耐環(huán)境能力，并保持了優(yōu)良的電氣性能。

　　交聯(lián)聚乙烯絕緣電力電纜導體的允許長期最高溫為90攝氏度，較低絕緣電纜、聚氯乙烯絕緣電纜和聚乙烯絕緣電纜高，且具有重量輕、結(jié)構(gòu)簡單、使用方便、耐化學腐蝕和敷設(shè)不受落差限制等優(yōu)點。

　　本產(chǎn)品按GB12706《額定電壓35V及以下銅芯、鋁芯塑料絕緣電力電纜》標準生產(chǎn)，同時還可根據(jù)用戶需要按國際電工委員會推薦標準IEC、英國標準、德國標準及美國標準生產(chǎn)。

適用范圍  Applications

　　本產(chǎn)品適用于工頻額定電壓3.6/6kv～26/35kv輸配電線路作配送電能子用。

The product is suitable for use in power transmission and distribution lines with rated power frequency voltage 3.6/6kv～26/35kv.

使用特性  Operating characteristics

· 工頻額定電壓U0/U為3.6/6kv～26/35kv。

Rated power-frepuency voltage U0/U: 3.6/6kv～26/35kv.

· 電纜導體的最高允許工作溫度：90℃。

Max.admissible operating temperature of the conductor:90℃.

· 短路時（最長時間不超過5s）電纜導體的最高溫度不超過2500C。

Max. short-circurt temperature of conductor shall not exceed 2500C.

(5s maximum duration)

· 電纜敷設(shè)時環(huán)境溫度應(yīng)不低于00C。

The ambient temperature under installation should not below 00C.

· 電纜彎曲半徑：三芯電纜不小于電纜外徑15倍；單芯電纜不小于電纜外徑20倍。

The bending radius of a single-core cable should not less than 20 times of the cable diameter.

電纜額定電壓的選擇   Voltage designation

· 電纜的額定電壓應(yīng)適合于電纜系統(tǒng)的運行狀況，用U0/U（Um）kv表示。

U0－電纜設(shè)計用的導體對地或金屬屏蔽之間的額定工頻電壓；

U－電纜設(shè)計用的導體間的額定工頻電壓；

Um－設(shè)備可承受的“最高系統(tǒng)電壓”的最大值。

The rated voltage of the cable for a given applixation shall be suitable for the operating conditions

in the system in which the cable is used,and is expressed in the form of U0/U（Um）kv

Where:

U0－The rated power-frequency voltage between conductors and earth metallic screen ,for which the cable designed;

U － The rated power-frequency voltage between conductos, for which the cable designed;

Um－ The maximum value of the“highest system voltage”for which the equipment may beused.

The values of U0 recommened for cable to be used in three-phase systems are listed below:

A類系統(tǒng)──該類系統(tǒng)任何一相導體與地和接地導體接觸時，能在1min內(nèi)與系統(tǒng)分離

B類系統(tǒng)──該類系統(tǒng)僅包括單相接地故障短時運行的條件，接地故障時間應(yīng)不超過1h, 但在任何情況下，最長不超過8h每年接地故障總持續(xù)時間不超過125h；

C類系統(tǒng)──不屬于A類、B類的系統(tǒng)。

System category A──This category comprises those systems in which any phase conductor that comes in contact with earth or an earth conductor. is disconnected from the system within 1 min.

System category B ──This category comprises those system which,under faultconditions,are operated,are operated for ashorttimewith one phase earthed.This period should not exceed 1 h..Fora longer period, not exceeding 8h on any occasion, can be tolerated.The total duration of earth faults in any year should not exceed 125h.

System categeory C──This category comprises all systems which do not fall into A and B
